Agent Valentine works for The Foundation.  He has grown very tired and wants to get out.  The promise of one last mission is the only thin keeping him going.  He must stop a band of terrorists from poisoning NYC water supply system.  Valentine has tracked his subjects down  but now finds himself cornered.
